Key policies
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account, buy tickets, buy click packs, or play. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials under your control.
What you buy
Little Loud Clicks sells seven days of presence on the public board and optional counted-click packs. It does not sell a prize. Rank is status. There is no purse, cash-out, lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling.
Tickets
$5 buys seven days on the board for everyone who pays, starting at purchase (Eastern). The listing expires after those seven days. Rank is clicks. Rank is status. Finishing high does not add a day. If you do not have a handle yet, the unused ticket stays in the wallet until that same deadline. There is no subscription.
Click packs
$5 also buys a pack of 5,000 purchased clicks. Click packs add purchased clicks only. They do not add time, tickets, or a prize. You can play without buying a pack.
How clicks count
One counted click is accepted per IP every ten seconds. Regular clicks and purchased clicks both count toward the main race. Last hour and last 10 minutes count recent regular clicks only.
Rank and boards
Rank is status. Finishing high does not award a ticket, credit, discount, cash, extra time, or anything spendable. Highlight boards are status only. Little Loud Clicks does not certify traffic, rank, or attention.
Ironman
Ironman is status for owners who have never bought a pack. Buying a pack removes it. Ironman is not a prize and not a refund.
Ads
Ad slots are advertising inventory. An ad does not buy rank, tickets, clicks, or Ironman. Ads must be labeled.
Payments
Payments go through Stripe. There is no subscription. We do not store full card numbers. Billing details sit on the refunds page.
Communications
Creating an account means we may send transactional mail needed to run it: email verification, password reset, security notices, and purchase receipts. We do not sell a mailing list.
Acceptable use
Do not break the service, probe other accounts, or post illegal material on a handle. Extra people and extra IPs are how regular clicks are supposed to arrive. Automated attacks that take the board down are not.
Account security
Use a unique password and turn on two-factor authentication when you can. Implementation details sit on the security page.
Termination
You may delete your account from settings. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we cannot operate in good faith.
Disclaimers
Little Loud Clicks is provided as is. Modoterra Corporation does not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular rank, or any result from a handle appearing on the board.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modoterra Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Little Loud Clicks.
Arbitration and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in Newark, Delaware, with a 30-day opt-out window after you accept these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version stays on this page. Where a change is material, we will say so here and, when we have an email on file, we may also send notice. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the revised terms.
